The Enterprise Architect for Digital and Marketing is responsible for defining architectures and roadmaps to drive customer-centric omnichannel capabilities across Suncorp's portfolio of well-known brands such as AAMI, GIO, Shannons and APIA. In this pivotal role, you will focus on transforming online channels (web, mobile, chat), MarTech, and customer experience platforms while collaborating across teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.If you are passionate about Customer Experience, AI, Innovation, Digital Technologies, and Customer centric architectures then this is the role for you.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain strategic architectures for online channels, MarTech, and customer experience platforms, ensuring alignment with Suncorp's broader business strategyProvide technical leadership in solution architecture, balancing rapid Agile delivery with long-term enterprise goalsCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectivesStay at the forefront of emerging technologies and provide expert guidance on adopting new tools and frameworksChair domain governance councils, peer review architectural deliverables, and promote consistent practices across the architecture communityWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in IT or a related field and architectural certification (e.g., TOGAF)Over 10 years in IT with at least 5 years in IT architecture. Expertise in online and mobile applications, high-performance distributed architectures, and MarTech solutions (Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus)Advanced conceptual thinking, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities.
