A fantastic opportunity exists for a talented and passionate Enterprise Architect to join the team at one of our major clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect who will lead/drive the enterprise architecture for a major organisation currently involved with a large transformation program of work. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Enterprise architecture which also includes business, process, data, applications, integrations, infrastructure, and security components for realisation of the major program deliverables.
As Enterprise Architect Your Key Accountabilities Will Be
Driving the next stage in this major program
The development and delivery of the Program Enterprise architecture which includes applications, integrations, infrastructure, and security
You will create and maintain the related architectural direction, standards, roadmaps, patterns and methodologies for all related business solutions and technologies.
Translating enterprise architecture blueprints, target state architectures and related architecture materials required for guiding and influencing the program outcomes.
Responsible for the architecture risks and risk mitigations and driving and mentoring other architects, ensuring that the programs strategic intent is realised, ensuring that all enterprise architectures for this program are aligned to enabling business initiatives and outcomes in line with the requirements of the Chief Enterprise Architect.
Work closely with internal team / resources and the wider architectural team to develop, implement proposed enterprise architecture and solutions.
Work closely with 3rd party vendors and act as the lead technical rep for the program
As the Enterprise Architect your key skills & experience should cover the following:
Minium of 10+ years' working in the role of an enterprise architect or similar capacity
A minimum of 10+ years' experience in defining applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud and network architectures
Proven experience in building technology roadmaps supporting transformation activities
Maintain the corporate technology knowledge of the organisations strategic business plans, its project portfolios, and provide feedback on possible impacts on delivery of its enterprise architectures, including applications, integration, infrastructure, or network assets.
Identify and opportunities to utilise and integrate emerging technologies, extending the organisations capabilities to provide cost effective, flexible applications and technology solutions and outcomes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
Framework/technology exp in Zachman, TOGAF, SDLC, SOA, ITIL, ITSM OR COBIT and digital technology highly regarded.
