As an Enterprise Architect, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to understand long-term objectives and guide our Product and Technology teams towards strategic yet pragmatic solutions that will enable Domain to scale and meet its goals.

The ideal candidate will…
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Technology to define technology strategies that will support the business' growthLead high-level solutioning for complex cross-organisational initiatives, evaluating feasibility and vendor/tooling optionsCo-develop and maintain Domain's architectural artefacts (e.g. capability models and maturity assessments)Mature the organisation's architectural culture by leading Architecture Guilds, defining best-practices, participating in architectural governance, and taking opportunities to coach and mentor teamsYou have…
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
3+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with a broad range of technical knowledgeTackling technical challenges in complex ecosystemsExperience in fast-paced agile environmentsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy join us?
