Reporting to the Manager Strategy and Architecture and working in a collaborative community within our global Enterprise Architecture division you will be: Drive digital transformation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies and implementing best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer-centric enterprise architecture strategies Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and execute an architecture vision and strategy Shape investments and drive architectural direction to foster re-use of application architecture components Ensure alignment of business and technology architecture Standardize technologies, services, and patterns within the Domain and across the organization Guide the enhancement of strategic business processes in accordance with automation or contemporary technologies Manage technology dependencies across Products, Product Lines, Domains, and Platforms Design large or complex systems, ensuring a balance between functional and non-functional requirements What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Experience or knowledge in architecture, emerging technology, consulting, digital transformation, and innovation Familiarity with agile methodologies, Lean practices, and evolutionary architecture approaches Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills We are looking for candidates with a range of experiences.
