About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EL2 Enterprise Architect to join our team on a Labour Hire basis. This key position will provide critical support in resolving issues, managing risks, and delivering high-quality enterprise architecture solutions aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and business expertise, and the ability to work independently while overseeing complex and sensitive projects that have significant strategic or operational importance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a high-quality enterprise architecture aligned with corporate objectives. Align business solutions with organizational goals and priorities. Ensure compliance with architecture models, methodologies, and standards. Engage with stakeholders to understand both tactical and strategic objectives. Provide technical oversight and resolve complex issues during project planning and delivery. Deliver coherent technical business solutions across the organization. Represent architectural solutions in governance processes, including the Architecture Review Board (ARB). Operate within the approval framework for architecture compliance. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Extensive technical and business architecture background, delivering enterprise and business solutions. Ability to balance organizational goals, project objectives, and strategic drivers. Experience in translating business capabilities into technical requirements. Proven ability to work across both business and ICT functions. Desirable Skills: Minimum 10 years of architecture experience. Industry experience in financial, health, or insurance sectors. Proven experience in developing business solutions aligned to specific subject areas. TOGAF certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
