About the Opportunity

Our Enterprise Applications Manager is a newly created role responsible for guiding the delivery and strategic development of enterprise application services, ensuring they align with our operational goals and support our commitment to community and business excellence.
On a typical day this role will:
Plan, develop and control our enterprise applications, ensuring their alignment with business processes and objectives.
Provide specialist advice to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in relation to enterprise application purchase or enhancement.
Work towards a suite of integrated applications.
Champion a culture of high performance within your team and wider organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Specialist tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field of study combined with extensive practical experience.
Demonstrated a high level of interpersonal skills and experience in leading and motivating staff.
Highly developed problem-solving skills and an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing budget and resource allocations.
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week.
Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $118,326 to $133,188 depending on skills and experience.
This role also qualifies for a vehicle allowance ($10,450 per annum) or a leaseback vehicle.
