We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our growing team.
This role is a permanent role and will report to our Product Manager.Role Summary:As an integral part of the Go-to Market team, you will beinstrumentalin driving the retention and expansion of our existing customer base.
The Enterprise Account Manager will take ownership of key client accounts, cultivating strong relationships, identifying revenue opportunities and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.As a valuedmember of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to:Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.Develop andexecute strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth objectives.Collaboratewith internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams, to provide comprehensive support to clients.Conduct regular account reviews and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the value proposition for clients.Address technical queries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner, leveraging internal resources as needed.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and best practices to optimize their use of Eftsure's platform.Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to address any concerns or areas for improvement.Stay abreastof industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.Requirements (skills and experience):Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant roleProficiencyin CRM software At Eftsure we have a culture that demonstrates that our employees are our priority.Excellent customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsSales experienceProblem-solving skillsSome of ourbenefits include:Birthday LeaveFloating Cultural HolidaysA day of leave to support a CharityAnnual Reimbursement of $250 for wellness expensesAdditional Training and Flexible Working ArrangementsIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
