Who you are In this role, your primary goal will be to cultivate a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities while executing a tried-and-true sales strategy that delivers impressive results across the market.
As a driven sales professional with a track record of successful HCM enterprise sales success, you are a natural problem solver and an exceptional networker who will passionately share the Humanforce story, focusing on key customers.
Your expertise will allow you to create strong internal connections and collaborate cross-functionally, all with the aim of achieving outstanding customer outcomes.
What you will do Drive enterprise sales growth, responsible for selling our entire HCM product suite to enterprise customers across the vertical.
In this role, you will help shape and execute the sales strategy tailored to your territory's market plan.
Utilise your sharp business acumen and commercial knowledge to develop and sustain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, driving us towards our annual goals and fuelling the company's ambitious growth journey.
You'll dive into the metrics for your territory, using them to make data-informed and strategic decisions.
Ensure that the CRM is updated in a timely and accurate manner, and provide sales reporting to track pipeline progress and aid in financial forecasting.
Champion sales excellence across the organisation, advocating for the highest standards in all that we do.
What you'll need Experience in Human Capital Management industry encompassing Workforce Management, HR and Payroll.
Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Initiate outreach and foster engagement by creating targeted lists of prospects, and execute innovative outreach campaigns through diverse communication channels such as cold calls, event participation, email marketing, and social media interactions.
Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring effective negotiation to successfully close deals.
Articulate and showcase the unique value of the Humanforce solution, aligning it with the business goals and interests of prospective customers.
Follow internal processes and guidelines diligently to maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and cultural standards.
