About the role The ENT/Head & Neck Unit at EH is one of the most established and comprehensive in the state. It attracts excellent Senior Medical Staff and has a reputation amongst Junior Medical Staff as one of the best training rotations in Victoria. We have a diverse team of surgeons who are all committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, as well as to the training of accredited Registrars, non-accredited Registrars and HMO's and Medical students. We service a large part of eastern Victoria and see a variety of ENT conditions ranging from paediatrics to complex Head and Neck surgery and everything in between.
About you To be successful in this role you will possess:
A reputation for excellence Current Specialist Medical Registration with AHPRA Post Graduate qualifications in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (FRACS or equivalent) Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
