As an Enrolments Officer , you will provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of a range of enrolment services for the University, your duties will include:
Providing excellent customer service as well as appropriate, accurate and timely advice to all stakeholders regarding applications, enrolments, fees, grading, course transfers and advanced standing. Processing student applications, enrolments, changes of enrolments, grades, course transfers and advance standing in compliance with relevant legislation and/or quality standards and internal work instructions. Integrity of the data created through enrolment processes including performing system testing for all upgrades to ensure that the integrity is maintained. Continuous improvement of policies, processes, systems, and work practices About You
To be successful, you will possess:
Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of Year 12 and/or Certificate IV in a nationally accredited qualification Written communication skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries and update business process documentation and work instructions. Verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes or regulations, to provide clear information to customers and to communicate effectively and constructively with staff. Experience working in a team of administrative or customer service staff (in the vocational or higher education sector preferred), including collaborating to achieve shared goals. An outstanding commitment to customer-service for internal and external customers, delivering exceptional customer outcomes alongside administrative excellence. Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 4/5 and the base salary will be in the range $66,471 to $83,249 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $77,771 to $97,401 per annum including 17% superannuation.
