Details: Lanyon High School caters to students from years 7 – 10 in the southern suburbs of Tuggeranong with around 500 students in 2024.
We are a growing school with a diverse range of students, and we have strong relationships with the community and our feeder primary schools.
The Enrolments Officer will provide a high standard of administrative assistance and support to the school through maintaining all 7-10 enrolments whilst following all relevant policies and procedures.
As a member of the Front Office team, this position is responsible for the coordination of enrolments and a variety of administrative duties essential to the operations of the school.
The successful applicant will have the capacity to work with specific ICT systems and data, have good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, plan, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
You will need to be able to work in a busy, dynamic and ever-changing team environment and in collaboration with various stakeholders. This role is vital to the daily operation of the school.
Eligibility/Other requirements: Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP): Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au)Experience in an administration role is desirable.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is desirable.Knowledge of Sentral is desirable.Notes: An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
