Enrolments Manager

As the Enrolments Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that St Michael's Grammar School meets and exceeds targets for Years K-12, through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our enrolment strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Enrolments, the Enrolment Manager is responsible for managing enrolment activities and processes and ensuring an authentic, smooth and efficient enrolment experience for all prospective families. This role ensures that all enrolment procedures comply with relevant policies and effectively communicates the School's ethos, vision, and values to prospective parents and the broader community.

This is an ongoing, full time role, commencing as soon as possible for the new 2025 School year. Our Induction Program is on 23 and 24 January 2025.
The successful applicant will: A minimum of two years' previous experience in a similar position.Experience and competency with Synergetic and would be well regarded.An appreciation of contemporary education marketing, parental/student decision making, student enrolment and retention strategies.A demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external customers.Highly developed planning and organisational skills demonstrated in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and critical deadlines.High level stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to represent St Michael's at senior levels within the School and broader community.Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution's focused and growth mindset.Possesses a positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative and productive relationships.Displays empathy, commitment and resilience.Tertiary qualifications or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications or allied fields are desirable or equivalent experience at a senior level.Must hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain.National Police History Check (Obtained within the last 6 months).St Michael's Grammar School is one of the leading co-educational, independent schools in Australia, providing exceptional learning opportunities to students from Kindergarten to Year 12.
