The Position: Due to the continued growth of the College, we are seeking a suitably qualified Enrolments Coordinator. The Enrolments Coordinator is responsible for coordinating our student enrolment process and enrolments administrative roles across both campuses.
The position will be Full-Time for a fixed 12-month period (Maternity Leave Position), and the successful candidate will work across our Werribee and Melton Campuses. This appointment commences early 2025.
The Person: The Enrolments Coordinator will have the relevant experience to:
Exhibit creativity and initiative when designing College-wide events.Organise and coordinate the annual student photography contractor across both campuses.Assist Marketing & Enrolments team by guiding the process and smooth delivery of prospective student/family events across both campuses.Work to tight deadlines.Guide relevant leaders, stakeholders and teams through the process, empowering them to take ownership of the vision and the event.Professional Attributes: Provide support to the Marketing & Enrolments Coordinator by following up leads, creating marketing lists and monitoring enrolments trends.Develop and deliver clear communication to families during the enrolment process about opportunities, events and process stages.Provide the team with updated reporting and statistics that assist marketing, engagement and communication strategies.Assist the Marketing & Enrolments Coordinator to effectively deliver events and tours according to the Enrolments timeline.Work under pressure to manage multiple projects in alignment with targets and deadlines, in a busy and fast paced environment.Demonstrate a high level of communication, professional and interpersonal skills.Be willing to develop their career through professional development.Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously.Be tech savvy and quick to learn.Education and Experience: Degree in Administration or equivalent without substantial work experience or completion of Diploma or Cert IV with extensive work experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skillset.Solid organisational skills.Initiative and flexibility.Ability to relate to others.Valid WWCC 'E' & Police Check.For more information, please access the detailed Position Description.
