Enrolments Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLEThe position of Enrolments Assistant is a newly created role at Calderwood in response to a sustained period of growth at the school.
This part-time, ongoing role will provide administration and public-facing support to the School Registrar in all matters to do with enrolments and retention.
It would suit a friendly and warm personality who enjoys meeting and connecting with prospective school families and is able to represent the school in a variety of arenas with a high level of professionalism.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a high level of attention to detail and familiarity with administration tasks, as well as the ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.The role commences in Term 1, 2025 and is for 3 days per week during term time, with non-term working hours by negotiation.THE IDEAL CANDIDATECommitted Christians of reformed persuasion are invited to apply.
The successful applicant will have:Working With Children Checka genuine Christian faith of reformed theology, with active involvement in a local churchthe capacity to work as part of a dynamic staff teamstrong verbal and written communication skills with a love for database managementa warm and friendly demeanour with the ability to adapt to different settingshigh levels of attention to detailgood phone manner and a willingness to cold call familiesstrong project management skills.
