•Hybrid work environment (work from home and in office) •Collaborative team environment UNSW College is a not-for-profit, wholly owned enterprise of UNSW Sydney and is looking for a Enrolment Officer to join our dynamic team.
The Enrolment Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of the Enrolment processes. The position sits within the Student and Program Administration Team and provides enrolment services for Foundation Studies, Academic English, Pre-Masters and Diploma programs, in accordance with ESOS National Code and other requirements.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in student administration with high volume of international student enrolment variations. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, a proven commitment to provide excellent customer service, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: •Process student enrolment variations such as, but not limited to, withdrawals, deferment, transfers, suspension, re-enrolment, change of stream, program leave and repeat of studies including associated tasks such as release letter requests, refund requests, student course variations and COE extensions.
•Maintain superior working knowledge of the relevant functionality in the Student Management Systems and other relevant systems (e.g. PRISMS), to record student enrolment variations accurately.
•Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information to ensure students and other stakeholders have necessary information.
•Contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure that Enrolment procedures are streamlined and up to date.
•Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with Academic Services and Compliance team to achieve positive outcomes.
The successful applicant will have: •Relevant experience in student administration with high volume of international student enrolment variations.
•Experience with domestic student regulatory reporting.
•Demonstrated attention to detail with respect to data recording.
•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities.
•Proven ability to provide effective analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution driven attitude.
•Ability to speak one or more languages other than English
