We're looking for a full-time Enrolment & Billing Coordinator to join our Melbourne CBD team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the cornerstone of our enrolment and billing processes, ensuring a seamless experience for students and families while supporting our sales and customer service teams.
What You'll Do: Coordinate Enrolments: Track and manage enrolment forms, following up on incomplete submissions to ensure all student records are up to date and accurate.
Manage Billing Processes: Create, edit, and manage invoices with precision, addressing adjustments promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Engage with Families: Communicate with students and parents about billing and enrolment enquiries in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner.
Oversee Accounts: Proactively handle overdue invoices through respectful communication, maintaining positive relationships with families.
CRM Accuracy: Keep our student and parent records updated in the CRM, supporting seamless enrolment and billing processes.
Support Teams: Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams by resolving billing and enrolment-related tickets efficiently.
Solve Problems: Tackle ad hoc billing and enrolment questions with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring a great experience for all stakeholders.

You're comfortable making collections calls with empathy, and you thrive in a collaborative, energetic work environment.
Requirements Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members.
Organisation & Detail-Orientation : Ability to maintain accurate records and stay on top of multiple tasks and timelines.
Proactivity & Independence : Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities.
Customer Service Skills : A friendly and patient approach, even when addressing overdue accounts or resolving issues.

Requirements Skill Requirements Honesty and Integrity High Level of Empathy Detail Oriented & Organised Energy and Enthusiasm ? Excellent Customer Service Skills Independence & Proactiveness Willing to Listen, Learn & Grow Intelligence & Creativity Experience Requirements Completed the VCE and Performed Well Bachelor's Degree (or currently studying) in Commerce/Finance/Business/Accounting or a related field Prior Accounting, Finance, and/or Sales Experience (ideal) Personal Requirements ? Passionate and Engaged (we want you to be able to vibe with students and peers on campus!)

Past VCE Graduate (we still accept applications from non-VCE graduates in exceptional circumstances!)
