The Opportunity We have a unique opportunity for a professional and reliable Family Relations Consultant with excellent communication skills to join our friendly head office team in Bondi. You will be responsible for focusing on all new enrolment leads and ensuring that the service occupancy targets are met through the use of effective sales techniques. Along with ensuring that enrolled families are assisted with enrolment enquiries throughout the duration of their time with Active Kids Group.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
All administration tasks including enrolments amendments, welcome emails, and responding to parent enquiries Be the first point of contact for potential new families via phone, email and live chat Booking potential new families in for Centre tours Ensuring all enrolments and terminations are in line with policies and regulations Maintaining external and internal waitlists Liaising with families regarding account enquiries including fees and Child Care Subsidy entitlements Following up on additional day requests and upselling of days Actively working with the Family Relations and Marketing team along with Centre coordinators to ensure services and occupancy is aligned Sales and maintaining occupancy Skills and Qualifications Full Australian Working Rights Current WWCC or willing to obtain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer Literacy Warm and enthusiastic attitude Demonstrated integrity and passion Previous experience in the Early Childhood industry Qik Kids software experience preferred What's in it for you?
