Responsibilities The responsibilities for the Enrolment/Administration Officer role include but are not limited to the following:
Respond to telephone and emailed enquiries to provide details of enrolment processes and facilities of the School Liaise with Student Excellence Unit of the Department of Education relating to year 9 enrolments; observe the SEU policy and implement the guidelines Liaise with testing company for other years' enrolments, ensuring online registration sites are uploading and functioning on the School's website Ensure enrolment on School's website is updated as required Update Enrolment Information Book with School information and details of enrolment applications Plan and arrange Principal's Information Evening and School tours for prospective parents and students Advertise the events, take bookings and attend events to present enrolment policies Plan and arrange sitting of entrance exam, booking testing venue with internal stakeholders Accept enrolment applications by closing date for each year level Prepare and coordinate with selection panel to review and short list selected students for interview Set interview dates, contact stakeholders and make appointments for interviews Prepare interview documentation for interviews, meet and greet students on arrival for interviews Advise applicants of the result of the application process Ensure the School maintains its full enrolment capacity.
Liaise with Year Level coordinators for potential student withdrawals Maintain waiting lists and contact with wait-listed families.
When enrolments are received through the Compass enrolment module, take follow-up actions ensuring all documentation has been received, including visa certificate, birth certificate, medical plans etc.
Process student transfers on cases21 Create new enrolments from private schools on cases21 Liaise with School nurse on upload of health plans to cases21 and Compass student particulars module Prepare enrolment and transition documents for incoming selected students In conjunction with School staff arrange an annual Welcome Day for all new families joining the School.
Coordinate the day's program, presenters and student guides Maintain the School's exit register Other School administrative duties as directed by the Principal and/or Business Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
