We are currently looking for Enrolled Nurses and Community Support Workers to join our Wide Bay team, specifically servicing Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the surrounding areas.
Duties and responsibilities may include: Shift work and weekend availabilityPersonal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistanceDomestic services: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSocial support, social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment including: standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, manual handling or electric hoists, sliding sheets or moving boards, hearing aids and other physical aidsSupporting participants within Just Better Care's Supported Independent Living HomeSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressParticipating in staff meetings and attending training as requiredWhat you will need: Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability ServicesProof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e.
