Mid-Year entry .The program:Our Enrolled Nurse Transition to Practice Program will support you in developing the skills required to be a competent, confident and accountable professional Enrolled Nurse. The Program itself operates over 12 months and consists of two 6-month rotations. This program provides a great opportunity to further strengthen your nursing knowledge and practice with support from our experienced Educators and the broader BRHS team. Possible areas for rotations are: Medical/Surgical Tambo Ward, Sub-acute (Rehabilitation) Flanagan Ward, Medical/Palliative Care/Paediatrics/Midwifery Rotamah Ward and Aged Care.Once this 12-month program is completed and based on performance, suitability and available EFT, staff will have the opportunity to move into suitable positions within the organisation.
