Are you a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to provide person-centred care in our Surgical Ward. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Registered Nurses/Midwives to deliver high-quality nursing care. Work under direct or indirect supervision while maintaining accountability for your actions. Build and maintain productive working relationships within the healthcare team. Prioritise workload effectively and report changes in patients' clinical conditions.
What We're Looking For:
Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practicing certificate. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment. Experience in providing nursing care according to established standards. Commitment to delivering person-centred care. Understanding of the Enrolled Nurse's role within the healthcare setting. Familiarity with relevant legislation, industrial agreements, standards, codes, ethics, and competency standards.
