Located 9km north of Rockhampton, Binbi Yadubay (meaning Healthy Beginnings) is residential program offering withdrawal (8 beds) and rehabilitation (32 beds) services.
We also have a family recovery program (2 units) where parents can come with their children, aged 10 and under, to participate in the residential treatment program.

Your opportunity The service is supported by a multidisciplinary team including Treatment Facilitators and Support Workers with our nursing staff being the primary providers of health support to people in the program.
As an Enrolled Nurse in the withdrawal unit, you will work in our team together with our RNs and look after up to 8 clients.
You will coordinate and monitor the delivery of withdrawal support for clients.
You will provide evidence-informed care designed to maximise the outcome for every client.
You will provide care that achieves the highest health outcomes.
Care that makes a real difference to the lives of those with AOD dependency and other psychological and physiological issues.
You will be responsible and accountable for managing the complex health needs of the residential client population including clients undergoing withdrawal support.
Our clients present with drug and alcohol dependency and a broad range of associated psychological and physiological issues including complex co-morbidities.
We are offering two part time opportunities.
As we are a 24/7 service, we are offering a range of shifts to suit your schedule.
One role will work a minimum of 6 shifts per fortnight and the other role 7 shifts per fortnight.
There is also an opportunity to pick up additional shifts.
The hourly pay rate is between $37.01 to $39.27 per hour + super, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition you will be paid afternoon and night shift penalty rates for applicable shifts.
What you'll bring Here's what you'll need: Hold current qualifications as a Nurse You'll be able to demonstrate the difference you've made through your client-centred nursing care You'll have experience working with people who have complex alcohol and substance use and/or mental health issues.
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Current Australian-issued driver licence.
