What you'll be doing Join the Rehabilitation Unit (A4a), a 19 bed rehabilitation inpatient unit which provides nursing care for a variety of patients from 18 through to 101 years of age.
It encompasses the specialties of Gerontology, Orthopaedics, Amputees, Neurology, Stroke & Surgery, providing rehabilitative therapies to patients post acute health interventions.
Deliver individualised, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patients.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for seamless patient recovery.
Maintain accurate records and advocate for patient needs.
Ensure resource management aligns with quality care standards.

Essential Criteria: Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria: Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team.
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
