About the role:
We are looking for experienced Enrolled nurses or newly qualified Enrolled nurses who deliver compassionate, professional, skilled, effective person-centered, evidence-based care by working within a multi-disciplinary team in a hospital setting.
Your main duties will include:
A patient and family-centred approach to care delivery
Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
A strong commitment to customer service and risk management

A commitment to your own learning and quality improvement
A strong commitment to developing the unit and the members of our team
Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
The ability to identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals.
