Current Position: Enrolled NurseWe are seeking an Enrolled Nurse who is motivated, reliable, and passionate about aged care to work in Merredin and surrounding towns. Sponsorship is available under the criteria of having a minimum of two years full-time experience.
Delivering services under a range of funding sources including My Aged Care, NDIS, and Private Pay Clients, the primary responsibility is to provide quality in-home care and assistance to our large client base.
The successful applicant will be working with our care team, liaising with Clients, Family Members, Staff, and a wide range of Stakeholders to ensure services are provided in accordance with clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
Assessment, planning, and reviewing care plans as required, services are Client focused and Consumer always directed with quality outcomes achieved using a flexible, responsive, creative, and collaborative approach.
In addition to case management, this role will manage inside and outside sales enquiries, develop and maintain new and existing referral sources.
