Mount Gambier Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our Private Ward, where you will assist in delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
About the Role: In this role, you will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing person-centred care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include delivering professional nursing care under their supervision while adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements.
Whether you are at a novice or proficient level, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients within the Private Ward.
Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in implementing person-centred care plans.
Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife while taking responsibility for your own actions and accountability in care provision.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or midwife.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements in nursing practice.
You must be Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
