Job DescriptionGreatness starts here DPV Health operates two busy general practices, which are based in Broadmeadows and Mill Park. We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly practices working as a Practice Nurse. Working as part of the team, you would provide casual backfill for permanent staff and be available to work across sites, 8.00am and 7.00pm. There may also be opportunities for weekend work in 2025.
Working as part of the medical team, and reporting to the Medical Practice Nurse Lead you will be responsible for:
Triage – onsite and over the phoneScheduling and completion of GP Management plans, Team Care Arrangements and Health AssessmentsTreatment room support, including providing immunisations, assisting GPs with procedures, wound management, and general nursing dutiesGeneral administrative work, including recalls and remindersDesired Skills and ExperienceBring your great, everyday! To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience working as an Enrolled Nurse. You will also come with:
Current Australian Nursing RegistrationHigh standard and level of clinical skills and experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a busy environmentGeneral Practice experience would be beneficial but not a requirementGood computer skills and previous experience with Best Practice would be a bonus.The fine print Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.Full driver license and travel between sites required.Our Talent Experience We kindly request you include a covering letter, addressed to Gulcin Erduran, detailing your motivation for joining DPV Health and highlighting the qualities you bring to this position.
