Brightwater Relief Pool | Guaranteed Hours on offer! We currently have opportunities for Enrolled Nurses to join our permanent Relief Staff Pool.
The pool will cover current aged care employees' planned leave across multiple residential facilities on a permanent basis.
Locations include:
North Kingsley, Madeley and Oxford Gardens (Joondalup).
Central Onslow Gardens (Subiaco), Redcliffe, Inglewood, The Village (Inglewood) and Birralee (Innaloo).
South The Cove (Mandurah) and The Oaks (Waikiki).
To be eligible you must be available to work at each of the facilities listed within the Pool locations above. You should nominate whether you wish to be considered for the Northern, Southern or Central Pool in your application.
As part of our Brightwater RAC team, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients.
To be considered you must be available a minimum of 3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week and be available for at least 2 different shift types (Morning and Afternoon); the more days you are available, the more hours we can guarantee.
Example :
3 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with min 2 shift types will guarantee 15hrs per fortnight 4 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with min 2 shift types will guarantee 30hrs per fortnight 5 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with 1 shift type only will guarantee 20hrs per fortnight 5 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with min 2 shift types will guarantee 45hrs per fortnight 7 weekdays (Mon-Sun) per week, covering all shift types will guarantee 60hrs per fortnight Suitable pool employees can be offered permanent part-time contracts up to 60 hours per fortnight. You must remain in the pool for a period of no less than six months before transferring.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess: Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum of 2 years post-grad experience within aged care. Deliver a strong clinical care service. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach. Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients. A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccinations Responsibilities include: Ensuring the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their Care Plan by facilitating a variety of therapeutic and recreational programs. Supervision and mentoring of support staff. Contributing to the development of innovative therapy programs to improve the wellbeing of our clients.
