Enrolled Nurse (New Graduates Welcome) - KalgoorlieLocation: Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, AustraliaRight at Home provides exceptional in-home care and support for a range of clients in the Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt. We seek client-focused employees with an outstanding passion for the care industry.

Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse who is motivated, reliable, and passionate about aged care to work in Kalgoorlie or Merredin.
Delivering services under a range of funding sources including private pay clients, My Aged Care, and NDIS, the primary responsibility is to provide quality in-home care and assistance to our large client base.
The successful applicant will work with our care team, liaising with clients, family members, staff, and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure services are provided in accordance with clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
This includes assessment, planning, and reviewing care plans as required, ensuring services are client-focused and consumer-directed at all times with quality outcomes achieved using a flexible, responsive, creative, and collaborative approach.
In addition to case management, this role will manage inside and outside sales inquiries, develop, and maintain new and existing referral sources.
QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge and experience in a similar role for coordinating consumer-directed care services to government-funded HCP clients.Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Act.Advanced communication skills and the ability to model a positive culture and strong values through professional service.Demonstrated understanding of the changing and diverse needs of clients.Reliable fully insured vehicle.Driver's License.Australian National Police check.First Aid and CPR certification.Previous experience with rostering is highly desirable.Experience with managing staff.Excellent networking and consultation skills to develop new referral sources and relationships with appropriate external organizations.Preferred SkillsALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AND APPLY VIA OUR WEBSITE.
