What you'll be doing
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care, collaborating with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care.
Selection Criteria Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups within a multi-disciplinary team.Effective clinical communication skills, including the use of information technology, with the capacity to identify and resolve conflicts professionally.Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills.Knowledge of and ability to work within a person-centered approach to nursing.Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases
This is a Category 'A' position.
All new employees must comply with the requirements outlined in the NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015, including proof of vaccination against influenza for those entering Residential Aged Care Facilities.
