About the Role Join our Private Rehabilitation Unit of 26 beds and play a crucial role in guiding patients toward recovery and independence.
This will involve, but is not limited to: Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care needs of patients. Preparing, checking and administering medications in line with the registration standards, legislation and organisational policies. Providing respectful and equitable treatment to all patients and staff, ensuring care is delivered professionally and promptly. The flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster is essential for this role. About You The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse with 2 years minimum experience in an acute care setting. IV Qualified. Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care. Ability to use initiative, self-motivation and work as a team member with supervision. Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $31.32 - $33.65 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr4) [FTE $61,896.62 - $66,492]
