Bethanie is a leading not-for-profit aged care provider based in Western Australia. For nearly 70 years, we have been empowering ageing Australians to lead their most meaningful lives by recognising 'old age' as a positive force in society and giving a voice to those who have seen it all and live to tell the tale.
We are currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Dalyellup Aged Care Home. Bethanie Dalyellup is our newest site, with 120 beds across six small houses providing 24-hour care for people with diverse needs including dementia, palliative care, and high care requirements.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety.

About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled NursePrevious experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essentialAbility to work independently and professionallyAbility to motivate staff and promote a positive work environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systemsWillingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie GroupWillingness to obtain relevant vaccinationsCurrent National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)The Role Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered NurseConsulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basisAssisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirementsContributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residentsCommunicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplaceParticipating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger teamWorking with Bethanie
