Location Located in the heart of the Ellenbrook Community, Aegis Hermitage caters for up to 120 residents and provides Low, High and Dementia specific care. Aegis Hermitage also provides a modern working environment for staff.

The capacity to inspire trust and enjoy interacting with the elderly. About the Role The role will be centred around providing high-quality care and effective nursing for residents that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice. You will be supported by and taking direction from the Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager.
A typical day will be varied and have you completing amongst other duties:
Assisting with the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of residents' clinical and care planning. Contributing to the allocation of workload to ensure quality care is received by all residents. Anticipating residents' changing health needs and managing requirements appropriately. Ensuring all care documentation is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Supporting residents and their families by responding to queries and feedback in liaison with the Facility Manager. You will need to have:
A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse. Experience in Aged Care and Dementia. Full Australian working rights and the ability to pass national police clearance. Aegis will provide:
