What you'll be doingAs an Enrolled Nurse, deliver exceptional patient care under the guidance of Registered Nurses. Ensure holistic, quality care while adhering to NSW Health policies and maintaining detailed records. Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to achieve clinical outcomes. Provide care in line with ANCSI competencies and WSLHD policies. Communicate with the multi-disciplinary team for seamless care. Advocate for patients and maintain accurate patient records. Manage resources effectively in a busy clinical environment.
