The role: ACH Group have full time night duty shifts available for an Enrolled Nurse to provide high quality clinical care at ACH Group's newest Residential Care Home, Healthia based in Elizabeth South.
Within a person directed care and living model, you will be passionate and committed to a de-institutionalised model of aged care, where the customer is known, heard and respected. You will believe that life in the home is organised around the needs and lives of the customers who live there. All roles believe understanding our customers will deliver higher quality of life and care outcomes.
What you'll do: Lead and demonstrate commitment to a person directed care and living modelYou will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practiceSupport the utmost wellbeing of residentsUndertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventionsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residentsAbout You!
