We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our wonderful team at Bethanie Subiaco.
Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed luxury facility that provides the full range of aged care services including dementia support, palliative care and respite services. Reporting to the Facility Manager these positions will be offered on a permanent part-time basis.
About the role: Carrying out nursing care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis Implementing care plans as documented Assisting in assessing residents within the ACFI criteria and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements Communicating effectively with a variety of people and contributing to teamwork within the workplace Participating in continuing personal development and education About you: You genuinely care about your team and residents and enriching the ageing experience. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse Previous experience with dementia care would be an advantage Ability to work independently and professionally Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to a person-centred care approach when providing care services Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one Willing to obtain required vaccinations – 3x covid and annual flu vaccination Working with Bethanie As an Enrolled Nurse at Bethanie, you'll experience a range of benefits including:
