We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our wonderful team at Bethanie Subiaco.
Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed luxury facility that provides the full range of aged care services including dementia support, palliative care and respite services.
Reporting to the Facility Manager these positions will be offered on a permanent part-time basis.
About the role: Carrying out nursing care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered NurseConsulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basisImplementing care plans as documentedAssisting in assessing residents within the ACFI criteria and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirementsCommunicating effectively with a variety of people and contributing to teamwork within the workplaceParticipating in continuing personal development and educationAbout you: You genuinely care about your team and residents and enriching the ageing experience.
You will also bring:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled NursePrevious experience with dementia care would be an advantageAbility to work independently and professionallyAbility to motivate staff and promote a positive work environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to a person-centred care approach when providing care servicesCurrent Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for oneWilling to obtain required vaccinations – 3x covid and annual flu vaccinationWorking with Bethanie As an Enrolled Nurse at Bethanie, you'll experience a range of benefits including:
