The Role We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Enrolled Nurse at Moline House facility at Karrinyup. This role is offered on a permanent part time basis working 60hrs per fortnight. This is a part-time fixed term role ending on 23/01/2025 Week 1:
Thursday: 0700-1500
Friday: 0700-1500
Saturday: 0700-1500
Sunday: 0700-1500
Week 2:
Thursday: 0700-1500
Friday: 0700-1500
Saturday: 0700-1500
Sunday: 0700-1500
Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessmentsContribute to the allocation of workload for care staffSupport residents with care requirements in line with scope of practiceMonitor and assist in administering medicationsProvide oversight and leadership to care staffSupervise and mentor care staff on shifts and provide supportComplete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reportingAbout you You are passionate about quality of care, ensuring that you collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will contribute to a strong professional team approach through open communication and a positive supportive environment.
