About the Women's health clinics The Women's is a tertiary referral center for women with complex needs.
The outpatient service accommodates several specialist clinics such as gynaecology, abortion and contraception, urogynaecology, menopause, vulva/dermatology, menopause symptoms after cancer clinics, breast, oncology, early pregnancy advisory service, chronic pelvic pain clinic and colposcopy.
The specialist clinics also include procedural clinics such as urodynamic investigation, insertion of contraceptive intrauterine devices and outpatient cystoscopies.
About the role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will support the Women's Health Registered Nurses, Clinic Co-ordinators, Clinic Triage and AUM's, in the smooth running of the clinics and satellite areas.
A regular day will see you:
Offering patients education on contraception and sexual health servicesCompleting patient pre-assessment including observation and bloodsAssisting in medical investigations such as colposcopies, urodynamics and IUD insertionSupporting patients through their outpatient journeyAbout you To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
