About the opportunity

The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse practices as per the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) policy and guidelines regarding nursing scope of practice.
They are a member of the multidisciplinary team who work closely with residents and their families or representatives. They are expected to lead a team of staff, be role models, complete day-to-day tasks and report any issues and adverse events to the Clinical Care Manager. They will assist staff in undertaking assessments, treatment, documentation and activities. They will have a number of years' experience in aged care settings and have the ability to work independently.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse will have an important role in providing leadership and supervision to staff and be expected to lead in the provision of quality care to residents by ensuring the delivery of skilled, individualised care to the highest possible professional standard.
