We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Elanora Aged Care Home located in Bunbury.
Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Elanora is an 81 bed facility located close to the beach, offering comfortable living as well as some of the best aged care facilities in the area.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety.
This role is offered on a permanent part time basis working 35 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential Ability to work independently and professionally Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team Working with BethanieMany of us work because we want to make a difference.
