Mackellar Apex Road is one of the two Gunnedah Facilities owned and operated by McLean Care. It is a 79-bed residential facility that is focused on our people and delivering quality services in direct response to resident needs.
The Role The Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) is responsible for providing high-quality clinical care for Residents within established policies, guidelines, and procedures of McLean Care whilst under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Specifically:
To provide quality clinical care including medication delivery and personal care services to Residents within established policies, guidelines, and procedures of McLean Care. To provide clinical support to Registered Nurse. To provide clinical leadership and support to care service employees. About You Looking for your next Enrolled Nurse opportunity? Current APHRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2. 2+ years' experience working within Residential Aged Care services. Demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process. Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills. Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people. Ability and commitment to working as part of the team. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervision. Good organisational and time management skills including the ability to establish priorities and plan work. Basic Life Support accreditation. What's in it for you?
