We currently have an opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join us at our Albany Home on a Permanent Part time basis.
About your role: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work at the frontline assisting our residents with their daily needs and supporting positive outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents' well-being and delivery of care is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities: Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures Safe administration of medication Maintaining clinical documentation Adhere to national standards and legal requirements Engage with residents on a daily basis What You Will Bring: A minimum of 12 months nursing experience within an Aged Care environment in Australia A genuine interest in care for the elderly with a desire to improve the lives of our residents Excellent communication skills to engage with our residents as well as lead and supervise our team Knowledge of computerized nursing care plans Knowledge and understanding of ACFI documentation Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts across the week Essential Requirements: NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain) Proof of Work rights in Australia Current AHPRA Registration Proof of COVID & Flu vaccination Culture and Benefits
