We currently have an opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join us at our Albany Home on a Permanent Part time basis. About your role: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work at the frontline assisting our residents with their daily needs and supporting positive outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents' well-being and delivery of care is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities: Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and proceduresSafe administration of medicationMaintaining clinical documentationAdhere to national standards and legal requirementsEngage with residents on a daily basis What You Will Bring: A minimum of 12 months nursing experience within an Aged Care environment in AustraliaA genuine interest in care for the elderly with a desire to improve the lives of our residentsExcellent communication skills to engage with our residents as well as lead and supervise our teamKnowledge of computerized nursing care plansKnowledge and understanding of ACFI documentationAvailability to work morning and afternoon shifts across the week Essential Requirements: NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)Proof of Work rights in AustraliaCurrent AHPRA RegistrationProof of COVID & Flu vaccination Culture and Benefits Learning & development: With over 40 years' experience, we have created a culture and environment for our staff to learn and grow with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
