The Role: We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses (EN's) to join our team on the Gold Coast.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in community care or nursing, with a focus on providing high quality care to veterans and their families.
This role will include afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
Pay: $38-73 per hour
Primary Purpose: As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will practice under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) to provide person-centred care to assist the overall health and well-being of our clients in their homes, with a focus on achieving the best possible health outcomes.
Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will deliver the highest standard of nursing and personal care within your clinical scope to all clients based on their unique and individual needs; making a real difference in their lives.
To be successful in this role, you will have: A Diploma of NursingCurrent AHPRA RegistrationA current First Aid and CPR certificateExperience working in the healthcare/support industryA compassionate, kind and caring approach to working with clients and their familiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleaguesThe ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving and time management skillsA current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleIn return, we offer a supportive and flexible working environment, competitive wage and benefits, and opportunities for career progression and professional development.
