Sunnybank Private is looking to employ RNs and ENs for their Day Surgery and Endoscopy Units. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include: Admit patientsDeliver evidence-based nursing careLiaise with the multi-disciplinary teamEnsure patient and staff safetyWhere relevant, supervise, direct and guide nursing team members, graduates and studentsDeliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their surgeryAbout us: With 120 inpatient Surgical, ICU, Medical and Rehabilitation beds, a Day rehabilitation program, a gym, 7 operating theatres, 2 procedure rooms and a day oncology unit, Sunnybank Private Hospital has been providing care to our local community for over 40 years and continually delivers the highest quality of holistic patient care.

Selection Criteria: To succeed you will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse with recent clinical experience (at least 2 years). You will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a dynamic health care team, holding effective written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to ongoing professional education. In addition, you will possess the ability to problem solve or seek help from appropriate resources and the aptitude to implement care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
