You will be looking after our home care package clients from level 1 to 4.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical/nursing duties as delegated by the Registered Nurse and/or requested by Service Coordinator.Work within the professional and legal boundaries pertaining to an Enrolled Nurse.Maintain clinical skills by participating in training programs as required, mandatory training such as First Aid, annual CPR and manual handling.Liaise with the Registered Nurse, General Practitioner and/or carers re clients' well-being and report immediately any concerns re clients' statusWhat you bring AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate2 years Minimum experience of working in the community as a nurse or in residential aged care nursing.Full Drivers Licence and Own Car with InsuranceEffective communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsInitiative and the desire to continually improve client careCapability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframesCandidates with an understanding of the community nursing sector - Home Care Packages, Department of Veteran Affairs and Commonwealth Home Support Program will be considered favourablyPolice Clearance or willingness to obtain oneNDIS Clearanceor willingness to obtain oneA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisationFor further information please contact Kate on ****** About Calvary We are a leading provider of quality, integrated care that puts our patients, residents and clients at the centre of everything we do.
