About the role As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience for clients whilst at Calvary Community Care.
The Enrolled Nurse provides support to our clients and collaborates with our Community Care team to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community.
This role provides nursing services to clients within their homes.
We are seeking permanent part time and casual Enrolled Nurses to work as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical / nursing duties to clients within their home Liaise with the RN, Service Manager and/or carers regarding clients' well-being Complete reporting and administrative requirements for clients as required What you bring AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course Understanding and/or experience in providing nursing care in the disability; aged care or community care sector Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes Understanding of Home Care Packages and Veteran Affairs Community Nursing Guidelines A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation For further information, please contact ****** Why work for Calvary?
