What we look forAs a collaborative and valued member of our clinical team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have:
Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessmentsSupport residents with care requirements inline with scope of practiceProvide essential support to the homeUnderstanding of AN-ACC - Aged Care funding modelA passion for caring for othersHold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registrationTo work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal Influenza vaccinations, proof of work rights and certification proof.
