We are seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our team, providing essential clinical support to our valued clients on a casual or contractor basis, working up to 3 days per week (approximately 12 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours). This is a flexible role suited to someone looking to balance work and life while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care.
About the Role You will work closely with the Principal Consultant and Registered Nurse to assess, develop, and implement individualised care plans for clients across the Perth Metro area. You will play a vital role in ensuring the clinical and therapeutic needs of clients are met, while also supporting them to achieve their personal health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the healthcare needs of clients, developing evidence-based care plans in partnership with allied health professionals and the client.Implement and evaluate care strategies to ensure clients achieve their health goals.Provide clinical interventions, treatments, and therapies in-line with assessed client needs.Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for clients and support staff to promote care quality.Ensure all clinical services are provided in accordance with compliance and governance standards.Essential Criteria:
AHPRA Registration Certificate.NDIS Workers ClearanceCurrent CPR, First Aid certificates, and a valid Working with Children Check.Valid Australian Driver's LicenceStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.Professionally presented with a positive, can-do attitude.High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace Commitment to professional development for yourself and your team.Willingness to work flexible hours.Must be available for an immediate start.Desirable Skills:
